-Intake/ health history forms.
-As soon as a booking has been made, an email, with your health history form attached, will be sent within 24 hours. Australian guidelines require this form to be filled in accurately before a treatment can commence. As its in digital format, It saves precious time during the treatment session, and gives me a chance to review your needs. I deeply appreciate you filling this out promptly.

-Booking cancelations
If a cancelation must be made, it is appreciated that they be made as EARLY AS POSSIBLE. 48 hours minimum prefered. less than 48 hours incurs a cancleation fee.
Reserving multiple times and canceling last minute is strictly forbidden.
(unfortunately this has happened)
a 50% fee is required for no shows.
-VIP member status
Vip status gives you a discount of $10! you can achieve this level after your initial consultation, by making a re-occurring booking with me in clinic, or pre-booking your appointments in advance on the Ap. To keep your VIP status a minimum of 3 bookings must be booked in advance at all times. Once gaining VIP status, If a cancelation is made MORE than 48 hours ahead, and the canceled booking is rebooked, Vip status isnt withdrawn. If a cancelation is made with less than 48 hours notice, VIp status is lost for 1 booking only. (and standard fees apply) but restored on the next booking. (If you fail to show with out any notice at all, the standard 50% no show fee applies.)
